Earn The Day - Ruck For Mike

On April 29th 2023, we hosted a benefit ruck for fallen Deputy Mike Milmerstadt's family at Lion's Den. Dozens of law enforcement community members as well as CrossFit community members alike rucked for miles in remembrance.
